As accompaniment to the finely prepared and beautifully presented food, our guests can also savour the extensive assortment of wines and champagnes on offer before closing the meal off with a liqueur, cognac or an espresso.

Due to the diversity of our menu, you will find it hard to choose you’re favourite. The variety ranges from the more exquisite crab risotto served an avocado ice cream and Shiraz emulsion to the more traditional crème brulee.

Michael Mweso was born in Malawi on 2 April 1964. He has 19 years experience in various forms of cooking and cuisines.
He started cooking in 1990 at the Capital Hotel, one of the biggest hotels in Malawi. Here he attended different cooking courses, worked in various settings which made him an acomplished, experienced chef.
In June 1999 he moved to South Africa and started at Karins Game Lodge. He moved on to the Black Eagle Lodge where he gained two years experience in Italian cooking.
From 2002 -
Together with the Lodge Manager Tim, they are a formidable team at Legodimo Game Lodge.
